My payout request was rejected

You entered the credit card information incorrectly.
Should you see the error message that follows:

"We have been unable to process your payout due to the following reason: Please contact support with an up to date ID so we can process your payment."
Until you submit a new ID that is validated and accepted, your payout request won't be handled.


Potential causes:

Your ID that you previously submitted has expired.
The previously submitted documents do not fulfil the prerequisites needed to finish your payout request.
You are unable to withdraw money from your account or wallet because payout information is lacking.
Please include a picture of yourself with your government-issued photo ID and a copy of the ID.


Payouts will become available as soon as your ID is confirmed and authorised. Please be aware that until this is finished, you will not be able to get your payouts if you have seen this message.


Please be aware that EVERY submitted image must comply with the following requirements:

No editing, cropping, or resizing of images is permitted.
Every image needs to be coloured.
Documents submitted must be scanned copies or photos. Documents in electronic format or photos of photos will not be accepted.
It must be possible to see the document's four corners.
It is required to present the whole, valid government-issued ID. The document cannot have any sections erased, obscured, removed, or censored.
The files must be smaller than 7 MB and in the.PNG or.JPG format. Verify your payment method when your ID has been accepted. 
W9 forms must be filled out by US creators.
